Tag Limited Warranty
We offer a Six (6)-month limited warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacturing and material defects for Cookiepettag products purchased from Cookiepettag.com. Accidental damage, tarnishing and ordinary wear and tear are not included in this warranty.
Products purchased from a clearance sale carry a limited Thirty (30)-day warranty, please contact us immediately for assistance if the order items are damaged. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving or alterations of any kind.
To be eligible for either the limited 6-month or 30-day warranty, the customer must have a valid proof of purchase, including: a purchase receipt, delivery receipt, or gift receipt from Cookiepettag.com.
Cookiepettag will replace your jewelry with the same item if available. If the item is unavailable, the customers will receive ONLINE STORE CREDITS. If the proof of purchase does not reflect value paid, the customer will receive ONLINE STORE CREDITS valued at the last advertised price of the warrantied product.
