SHIPPING POLICY
FREE Standard Shipping on U.S. Over $35
Shipping and delivery is a charge that covers order processing and the shipment of the order. Order processing happens on weekdays, other than Federal holidays, only. Shipment of the order happens right after the order has been processed. We will transfer the processed order to the carrier of your choice, and the delivery time will depend on the carrier. Please be aware that all the delivery time listed on our website is only an estimation since it is USPS, UPS, FedEx or other carrier of your choice who does the job, and we have no control of it. Shipping and delivery are subject to change and will be determined at the time of order. For example, the processing time of an order is 24 hours during non-holiday season, however, it may be extended to 48 or even 72 hours before holidays. Due to the volume increase, USPS first class delivery time may take 5 or even 10 business days. So please try to avoid the last-minute order if you have a very tight deadline to follow.
Estimated delivery time is calculated by assuming that orders are placed before 12:00 P.M. (PST), and everything happens as it should be. Orders placed on late Friday or Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Additional charges may occur on Priority or International shipment if multiple items are ordered.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not happy, then we are not happy. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you are obligated to send them back. Any unaltered item in its original packaging within 30 days from its delivery date can be accepted for a return. After we receive your return package, we will issue a refund to you. You can also choose to return for a merchant credit or make exchanges.
CookiePetTag has a policy on the quality and satisfaction of our product line. To maintain our product, all pendants must be packed in a separate small porch or envelope. If you are not happy with the product you received, such as an incorrect engraving or lost due to a broken parcel, please contact our customer service. We can help you.
Please be aware that personalized items are one-of-a-kind, it cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE BY MAIL
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, tags, parts, and accessories. All items must be returned in good condition to insure a credit.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend USPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep a record of the tracking
umber of your return, and let us know when it is delivered. We are not responsible for any lost or damage of the return package.
Exchange will be made within three business days after receipt of package. Refund will be made within ten business days after receipt of package.
REFUSED & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
All refused shipments will be charged 30% restocking fee based on the purchase price of the rejected merchandise(s). Shipping fee is non-refundable.
All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present / failure to claim will result in a 30% restocking fee. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
WRONG / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
For any defective/wrong items received, please start a damage claim by contacting: cookiepettag@gmail.com
Please include clear photos of the wrong/defective item and a copy of the original invoice.
We may or may not require the original item to be returned back to us. We will be response for any shipping cost that caused by our mistake.

REFUND POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Please allow 7-14 business days relative to the return ship date for your return to be processed and credited. Due to varying bank policies, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
